It's never a good idea to have a "reward" as big as that for posting.

That seems like a reasonable thought.
To be an admin now or when I get enough posts seems pretty early, since I'll probably get enough soon.

if im not mistaken,, all captain have to has Ban-Kai (or kill the last captain)
so i think bankai comes first then captain..
and admin can be called commander
