I've seen Whataburgers with wifi. That could be an option.

Did you search for an access point first?
If you have to get the i.p. address, then I would go somewhere else.
But in your case that place may be your only option.
Ask the employees that work there. You shouldn't get in trouble if you are a paying customer or something.
