I was once a Global Moderator on a small forum similar to this. There were 4 or 5 (possibly more) other mods, too.

There was absolutely no need for so many mods.

sometimes admin can be people good at design and edit the page..
and admin can banned another admin

Admins shouldn't be able to ban other admins. That's just asking for trouble.

Admins have total power. Mods simply moderate what happens.

If you can hack 216.133.248.230:80 I will give you a pat on the back. Look, it even has the port number.

Even if you could somehow do so, that would be overkill for removing an admin. A simpler solution would be to have one admin, and however many mods are necessary.

Everything put together, the conclusion would be that we don't need more admins at the moment right?? (just trying to compress all information )

At the same time we must be cautious as to who we make mods.
They could be dumb and delete topics for fun.
Would it show who moved or deleted the topic if it happened?

Not as far as I know. You can see who edited a post, but if a post or topic gets deleted... no I don't think so.

Thats what I mean if that's the case. I'm a mod and I moved a topic because it seemed to be as if it should be in the anime/manga section even though it was in the Lounge.
When I did, I posted on the topic why I did it, so people would know.
